West London University – Student Hub & Activity Space Fit Out

Design and build collaboration in West London University. Creation of new Student Union Hub and Activity Spaces – Full strip out to full fit out, including mechanical & electrical, lighting, data, fire, flooring, solid and glazed partitioning, carpentry & doors, decorating and artworks.

University of London – Gender Neutral WC Fit Out

Design & Build of gender neutral toilets in large Educational Facility. Works included strip out back to core and full fit out including, mechanical and electrical, lighting, flooring, bespoke cladded cubicles, touch free taps, soap dispensers and hand driers, touch free WC flushing, full DDA compliant cubicle.

London University – 3 Floor Corridor Refurbishment

3 floors of corridor refurbishment in a large London Educational facility. Works included, replacement lighting, new SAS ceiling, carpet tiling, doors & ironmongery and artwork.

4000 sq.ft. City of London Fit Out

Full office fit out including partitioning, glazing, electrical, mechanical, carpentry, flooring, kitchen, decorating & furniture. Project value – circa £350,000.00

SOAS University of London – New IT Service Desk and Area Refurb

Manufacture & installation of new IT Service Desk and refurbishment of area, to include floor renovation, electrical and lighting and redecoration – Project value – circa £22,000.00

Babmaes St SW1Y – Office Adaptions

Office adaptions to include new kitchenette, new glazed partitioning to form boardroom, electrical and data adaptions. Project value – circa £25,000.00

SOAS University of London – Lecture Theatre Lobby Refurb

New Moduleo Flooring, redecoration, new lighting and power & furniture – Project value – circa £30,000.00

University of London – Boardroom Table Restoration

Full restoration of historic Boardroom table. Project value – circa £3,500.00

SOAS University of London – 6 floor restoration programme

Restoration programme to 6 floors of staircase and landings to include scaffolding, new Moduleo Flooring, redecoration, new lighting, new suspended ceilings, specialist cleaning to Terrazzo staircases and landing floors & furniture – Project value – circa £175,000.00

University of London – Carpet Replacement

Uplift and replacement of carpet tiling to offices. Project value – circa £6,000.00

New Security Fencing to Mental Health Unit – London

Supply & construction of new high security fencing and gate to Seclusion & S136 Suite in London – Project value – circa £20,000.00

Park Place SW1A – Office Fit Out

Office Fit Out with new glazed partitioning, data and electrical adaptions and new staff break out area – Project value – circa £75,000.00

Complete insurance reinstatement of fire damaged property – Project value – circa £400,000.00

Ironmongery Direct – New Staff Canteen
